The Makeover Monday for week 39 2019 is about Evictions in San Francisco Notices. Similar to the lats Makeover Monday viz that I have created, I will emulate one of the favorites of the week.
I like this viz because of the use of color and the simplicity that Sergio Rotaru applied, showing differents insight of the data like Evictions over time, areas with most evictions and the reasons for eviction over time.
Someone can think that emulate is like copying, but, let me tell you that it is not. The main idea of emulating is to LEARN how the viz was made and find a better or similar solution, basically is learning while doing.
I hope this visualization can inspire those who like creating visualization with Power BI.
